 Who are the eligible for: Madhya Pradesh victim compensation scheme 2015 (मध्यप्रदेश अपराध पीड़ित प्रतिकर योजना, 2015)

भारतीय दण्ड प्रक्रिया संहिता, 1973 की धारा "357 - क" की उपधारा (1) और (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए राज्य सरकार, के द्वारा केन्द्र सरकार के साथ मिलकर ऐसे अपराध पीड़ितों व्यक्तियों या उनके आश्रित व्यक्तियों के लिए जिनको अपराध के परिणामस्वरूप कोई हानि या क्षति हुई है और जिनको पुनर्वास की आवश्यकता है। उनके लिए राज्य सरकार द्वारा प्रतिकर प्रदान करने की व्यवस्था की गई है।

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) and (2) of section "357-A" of the Indian Criminal Procedure Code, 1973, by the State Government, in conjunction with the Central Government, for the persons who are victims of such offenses or their dependents. Those who have suffered any loss or damage as a result of the offense are in need of rehabilitation. Arrangements have been made to provide compensation to them by the state government.
